PATRON Magazine’s 5th Annual CURATED
Experience a tour of design showrooms amplified by art from local galleries and artists at PATRON Magazine’s 5th Annual CURATED event held at the Decorative Center Dallas. The event will take place on Thursday, September 8th starting at 5 p.m. It’s the perfect space to mingle with industry professionals and take in beautifully curated designs for your next project. The event will feature designs by Abitare18, Eggersmann, Poggenpohl, and Renaissance Tile & Bath, along with art by Craighead Green Gallery, Cris Worley Fine Art, and Artworks Markowicz Fine Art. Texas Design Week
For those who have been longtime followers of the DDD, you know one of our most-anticipated weeks of the year, that we are always honored to take part in is Texas Design Week Dallas. This week-long celebration of design will bring the design community together from across the nation and is set to take place from Monday, September 19th through Friday, September 23rd. Attendees can expect appearances from some of the most recognized designers and architects in the world engaging in salon talks, panel discussions, book signings, product launches, cocktail hours, and dinners. Each of the 2022 events will showcase designs and appearances by nationally acclaimed designers and architects, such as Ken Fulk, Jean-Louis Denoit, and Alex Hitz to name a few. Kips Bay Decorator Show House Dallas
We’re beyond excited that the highly esteemed Kips Bay Decorator Show House is returning to the Big D for the third year in a row. This year, the show has announced its newest satellite show house in Dallas, where it has enlisted some of the nation’s most talented interior designers to transform the 12,470 square foot space. For the event, the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club partners with two charities: Dwell with Dignity and The Crystal Charity Ball to support and make contributions to children’s charities in Dallas county. PaperCity Design Awards
The iconic PaperCity Dallas Design Awards are back for its annual event with more glitz and glam than ever before. The awards show is set to take place on Thursday, November 3rd at the Joule Hotel. Known for celebrating the best in design and architecture, the 2022 award categories include Residential Interior Design and Architectural Design, Commercial or Public Space Interior Design or Architectural Design, Preservation, Residential or Commercial Landscape Design, and Furniture, Product, Textiles, and Wallpaper. As usual, there will be notable judges at the helm of this year’s awards that follow in the prestigious footsteps of past judges, like Jay Jeffers, David Kleinberg, and Lee Ledbetter.
