Seeing Red + Thinking Pink: Our Favorite Valentine's Day-Inspired Finds

The season of love is upon us! Call us romantics, but post-holiday season, we just can't resist the urge to swap out all of our reds and greens for reds and pinks. Whether it be in the form of larger-scale pieces or smaller decor and trinkets, there's nothing that brings us more joy this month than adorning our home with Valentine's Day-inspired finds. So, if you're anything like us and February has you seeing red and thinking pink, read on to see which Design District shops and showrooms can assist in the transition from the season of giving to the season of love.

Decor Delights

Do more subtle pops of pink tend to strike your fancy? Then make your way to Twelve Twenty Dallas. Their selection of tabletop decor, glassware, and lamps is truly unmatched. Ranging from blush to bubblegum hues, each eclectic, hand-selected piece in the showroom will surely make the perfect addition to any surface in your space, whether it be just for February or beyond.

Pretty in Pink Pillows

Perhaps the simplest way to add a pop of color to any space is with a tasteful throw pillow. And if you ask us, the selection on display at the Laura Lee Clark Showroom is one worth talking about. Whether they be velvet, pastel, or floral,  they're guaranteed to elevate the ambiance of whatever room they're in. And, should your partner or housemate not share the same love for rose-colored decor as you, not to worry! These pillows are so pretty, there's no way anyone will fight over them.

Flirty Fabrics

Does tablescaping take you to your happy place? If so, chances are you'll crush hard on Kravet's selection of Valentine's Day-inspired fabrics, like the Parvani, pictured here. Sweet yet sophisticated, this textile is perfect for your Valentine's Day-themed table, but could certainly be used all spring and summer long. Simply add florals, your favorite food + bevs, and voila!

HeARTwork

Art aficionado or not, there's no way to not have all the heart eyes for these Hearts on Fire pieces found at Scout Design Studio. Acclaimed artist Jen Lin creates each heart using hand-cut paper butterflies, then frames them in an acrylic shadowbox. The cherry on top? Each butterfly is hand cut from recycled paper, making each piece that much more unique. You can bet we'd find a place for one of these beauties in our home, regardless of the season.

Charming Chairs

If you subscribe to the "go big or go home" motto, we have just the find for you. As poised as it is pretty, this classic barrel-shaped accent chair from Jan Showers Collection is just the piece you need to truly set the tone for the season of love. From the pale pink cushions to the crystal clear lucite legs, it's easy to see why we're crushing hard on this piece of furniture.

The best part about each of the above-mentioned finds? While seasonally relevant, each piece could seamlessly hold a permanent place in your home all year round. So, what are you waiting for? Head down to the DDD and gift yourself or your Valentine one of these fab finds. Sending all of our love to you and yours this Valentine's Day!
