Showroom Associate – part time

Milton & King is a lifestyle brand that manufactures on demand, on trend, highly curated and globally designed wallpapers and fabrics. Founded and based in Australia since 2008, with operations in the UK and the US, our business is in an exciting expansion phase, demanding we increase our US footprint to include our first showroom and production facility to continue to serve and excite our thousands of happy customers.

We are looking for a Showroom Associate for our new Dallas Showroom. This person will have experience in retail and customer service environments and an interest in the business and design of quality textiles.

The position will primarily be responsible for managing our sampling operations alongside our CA based Customer Relations and Australia based Production teams. This will include -

• Picking and packaging samples

• Managing UPS and USPS shipping requirements

• Processing returns

• Updating stock levels

Upon our new Showroom opening in April other duties will include -

• Phone, chat and in store customer service

• Sales support

• Product education

• Office administration

The ideal candidate will be reliable, have excellent attention to detail and communication skills. This person will be engaging, confident and comfortable in assisting our trade and private clients bring their projects to life.

This is a unique opportunity to join a small and dedicated global team and be involved in the set up of a beautiful new showroom and long term success of Milton and King in the renowned Dallas Design District.
