Seeking Kitchen Designer

SEEKING KITCHEN DESIGNER for part time/full time

Position and Duties.  You shall hold the title of Kitchen Designer. You will report to and be subject to the report of senior management of Abitare 18 (the “Senior Management”), including your primary job duties and responsibilities will assist the sales team with kitchen  drawings and follow the sales cycle through to the final installation along with our installation team. Sales activities within your A+D Network and end users, identifying business opportunities, and developing new business relationships. 

1.   You will also be responsible for managing and developing your customers and book of business by supporting and attending all sales events and activities, providing excellent client service, and acting as a positive representative of Molteni & C | Dada.. 

2.   You are expected to help the team keep the showroom and your workspace clean and presentable, and to ensure proper maintenance of the Showroom and to increase the sales each month.  As such, you will be required to review the budget monthly to achieve the sales goals. 

3.   You may also be assigned additional duties and responsibilities by the CEO of Abitare 18 Dallas LLC, and any other Senior Management.  Except as otherwise directed by Senior Management, you agree to use your best efforts to perform such duties and responsibilities faithfully, to devote all your working time, attention, and energies to the business of Abitare 18, and while you remain employed, not to engage in any other business activity that is in conflict with your duties and obligations to Abitare 18.

4.   You are required to be present at the Showroom not less than 40 hours per week.
