Remote eCommerce Jr Associate

Fast growing wholesaler of high-end furniture is in search of a skilled eCommerce Junior Associate who will successfully collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external business partners to ensure excellent vendor support and product fulfillment. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, has a strong work ethic, excellent written and verbal communication skills, is team-oriented, and eager to research and develop their skills.

Key Job Functions Include:

Process E-Commerce Orders and answer product/order related eCommerce inquiries
Execute and manage external vendor business processses
Assist with data and merchandising sheets for online partners
Prioritize back-in-stock and discontinued product email sends
Organize image and data files to support online visual assets
Ensure partners are compliant with our terms and continue to align with our company narrative
Work to drive sales through data analysis
Merchandising brand pages and completing monthly reviews of partnership websites
Help to facilitate the growth and management of all eCommerce partnerships
Use internal systems for PO upload/processing, and assist with demand forecasting to ensure healthy inventory levels

Requirements:

Expert in MS Office Suite and Google Suite (word, excel, google docs, google slides, google sheets)
2 years of experience in customer facing role
Experience in eCommerce a plus
Self-starter and organized
Detail oriented and a great communicator
Maintain a high level of knowledge about our product assortment and catalog
Team player who is willing to work together and step in to help on a variety of projects
Remote flexibility
Must reside in NY, NJ, FL, CA or TX
