Digital Print Operator & Finisher – multiple positions available

 

Milton & King is a lifestyle brand that manufactures on demand, on trend, highly curated and globally designed wallpapers and fabrics. Founded and based in Australia since 2008, with operations in the UK and the US, our business is in an exciting expansion phase, demanding we increase our US footprint to include our first showroom and production facility to continue to serve and excite our thousands of happy customers.

 

We are currently looking for Print Operators & Finishers for our Dallas Production Facility. Experience is preferred however the right candidates will be trained up. This position will be primarily responsible for the entire production process of large format digital printing, including but not limited to - 

 

 

·       Perform routine maintenance to schedule and in accordance with company procedure to promote machine stability and dependability

·       Setting up and formatting digital files for print production

·       Operating our large format digital printers and trimmers 

·       Assembling, collating and finishing jobs to product specifications

·       Product dispatch and production administration

·       Warehouse management of production supplies

·       Phone and online customer service as required

·       Ensuring all print jobs are completed in accordance with our supply promise 

·       Maximizing run-time efficiency

·       Maintaining color and quality control

·       Actively and positively contribute to the culture of Milton & King 

·       Enhance the overall reputation and goodwill of Milton & King in all markets

 

 

The ideal candidate, along with being personable, will have the following skills -

 

·       Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills

·       A great track record when it comes to attendance, reliability and performance

·       Exceptional eye to detail 

·       Advanced IT skills and knowledge

·       Willingness to adapt and perform under pressure

·       Technically and mechanically oriented
