Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM

EC Dicken is seeking a professional and service-oriented Fabric & Wallpaper Sales Associate to join our showroom team. This role supports interior designers with custom textile and wallcovering needs while coordinating with vendors and maintaining a strong sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Assist interior designers with custom fabric, wallpaper, trimming, and leather selections
• Develop strong knowledge of fabric lines and customization options
• Prepare, update, and execute custom quotes; request specialized pricing from vendors
• Provide top level customer service experince 
• Maintain an organized sales queue, including outreach, follow-up, and closing
• Provide sampling to clients for ongoing projects

Qualifications

• Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Sales experience in interiors or retail is a plus
• Ability to lift 10–20 lbs and remain on your feet while assisting clients
• Basic computer proficiency (Outlook, Word, minimal Excel)
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
