GEORGE CAMERON NASH SHOWROOM, in the Dallas Design Center, has an opening for a Customer Service position.
CUSTOMER SERVICE position open. If you are dedicated to accuracy, focused and want an entry into working in the Interior Design Industry, this is the job for you. This job is mentally engaging and professionally rewarding. You will be challenged every day.
Requirements:
3 to 5 years administrative work experience.
Outstanding computer skills.
2 to 3 years work experience in interior design preferred.
The full time CUSTOMER SERVICE person in this position:
Will support clients and salespeople by entering accurate client quotes and orders into the sales software program. Will work with interior designers by phone and email. Will work closely with the manufacturers’ customer service departments across the U.S. by phone and emails.
Responsible for daily follow up on quotes and orders, order delays, and report any changes to sales personnel and vendors.
Must have excellent and accurate written and oral communication abilities.
Outstanding computer skills.
A clear telephone voice, exhibiting a pleasant demeanor.
Be a problem solver.

Salary Range $20 to $26 and hour.
