Last fall, it stopped people in their tracks. This November, we’re doing it all over again. Welcome back to Kips Bay Decorator Show House, the must-attend event for Dallas design.
Back by popular demand, this year’s event will once again take place at 2999 Turtle Creek Boulevard, the iconic French Renaissance-style estate nestled between the Rosewood Mansion and the soon-to-open Four Seasons Hotel & Residences. With 25,000 square feet of breathtaking architecture, it’s a space that feels deeply rooted in Dallas design history.
The show house officially opens to the public on Friday, November 7, 2025, and will run for two weeks. Inside, a curated lineup of leading interior designers from across the country will transform each space with fresh, fearless vision…showcasing what’s now, what’s next, and what’s absolutely unforgettable. If last year was any indication, the rooms will be nothing short of spectacular.
At its heart, the Kips Bay Show House is about more than stunning design, it’s about giving back. Proceeds support the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club, which has empowered kids and teens through transformative programs for over 50 years. Since its debut in New York, the show house has raised over $30 million, with Dallas playing a key role in that impact. Locally, the event also benefits Dwell with Dignity and The Crystal Charity Ball, two Dallas-based nonprofits doing meaningful work for children and families.
James Druckman, President of the Board of the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club, says, “We’re incredibly excited to return to this storied address. It’s a Dallas treasure and the perfect stage to spotlight world-class design while supporting the kids and communities who need us most.”
The home itself is owned by HN Capital Partners, which acquired the property in 2021 and has continued to invest in its legacy. Their partnership with Kips Bay signals a shared commitment to celebrating design while giving back to the city in a lasting way.
Vipin Nambiar, Founder and Managing Partner of HN Capital Partners summed it up in Vernda Magazine saying “The Kips Bay Decorator Show House Dallas is another opportunity for us to showcase the fast growing design and luxury industry in Dallas, while supporting the ecosystem of designers, decorators, manufacturers, artisans, creators and tradespeople to cross-pollinate their talent and skills to the benefit of the thriving design community within Dallas.”
From unforgettable interiors to a meaningful mission, the Kips Bay Decorator Show House Dallas is shaping up to be the can't-miss design event of the season.
The countdown is officially on: see you on November 7.
