Dunhill Partners invited all tenants to the inagural Holiday party and celebration for the Dallas Design District on Wednesday, December 17th at Oak Restaurant. Bill Hutchinson, founder of Dunhill Partners, outlined his vision of growing the Design District to be a leading destination for design, dining, arts, events, and entertainment. Dunhill recently purchased the Decorative Center and Design Center, along with other properties comprising the majority of the iconic Dallas Design District. Committed to long-term stewardship, Hutchinson is elevating the District to national prominence and will make the Dallas Design District the go-to destination for retail customers and design professionals. Hutchinson went on to say, "Dunhill Partners is here to stay, and we are excited to be part of the development of such a historic district in Dallas."
