Lead Kitchen Designer – Minotti Cucine | La Maistri Cucina - Dallas–Fort Worth
Minotti Cucine Dallas–Fort Worth represents the pinnacle of Italian kitchen design—where architecture, craftsmanship, and innovation converge. Rooted in the legacy of Minotti Cucine, our showroom delivers fully integrated, bespoke kitchen environments for a highly discerning clientele across residential and hospitality projects.
We are seeking a Lead Kitchen Designer to join our growing Dallas–Fort Worth presence—an individual who understands that this role is not transactional design, but relationship-driven, high-concept, luxury project leadership.
The Opportunity
This role sits at the intersection of design, client strategy, and project execution. You will guide clients—from architects and interior designers to private homeowners—through a seamless journey from concept to installation, ensuring every detail reflects the precision and philosophy of Minotti Cucine.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end client experience, from initial consultation through final installation and post-project follow-up
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with architects, builders, interior designers, developers, and private clients
- Conduct high-level showroom presentations and design consultations that position Minotti Cucine as a kitchen design authority
- Develop conceptual layouts, plans, and elevations aligned with architectural intent and client lifestyle
- Translate design vision into fully integrated kitchen solutions, including materials, finishes, and functional systems
- Oversee projects through all phases: design development, specification, ordering, and installation coordination
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure precision execution and timeline adherence
- Identify and resolve design and technical challenges with proactive, solution-oriented thinking
- Conduct site visits to ensure alignment with design intent and installation standards
- Provide clients with a clear understanding of the Minotti Cucine process, craftsmanship, and value proposition
- Support business development efforts, including showroom events and designer outreach
Qualifications
- 4–7+ years of experience in luxury kitchen design, cabinetry, or architectural interiors
- Proven experience working in a client-facing, high-touch environment
- Background in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field preferred
- Strong understanding of kitchen planning, spatial design, and technical drawings
- Knowledge of construction documentation and coordination (plumbing, electrical, millwork integration)
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD or equivalent preferred)
What Sets You Apart
- You understand that luxury is not just product—it’s experience, discretion, and precision
- You are equally strong in design sensibility and client relationship management
- You can manage multiple high-value projects simultaneously without compromising details.
- You communicate with clarity, confidence, and intention—both visually and verbally
- You anticipate problems before they arise and bring solutions, not questions
- You operate with a client-first mindset, creating loyalty that extends beyond the project
The Environment
This is a high-performance, design-driven showroom environment based in Dallas–Fort Worth (located in the Dallas Design District). The role requires a strong in-person presence within the showroom, balanced with active outside sales engagement—including client meetings, on-site presentations, and ongoing relationship development within the local design and architecture community.
Success in this position depends on the ability to move seamlessly between showroom leadership and field-based selling, positioning Minotti Cucine through compelling, high-level presentations both in and outside the showroom.
Growth & Trajectory
This is not a static role. The right individual will have the opportunity to grow into senior leadership, project direction, or market development as Minotti Cucine continues to expand.
