Art Exhibition
Location: 1400 Hi Line Dr Ste 122

Introducing a new wave of contemporary artists, Jesus Pedraglio Belmont and Milo Baon. Both artists have developed a unique form and function to their works, making them highly sought after in the leading modern-contemporary art hubs such as Miami and Madrid.

Two contemporary artists on the forefront of a new wave of mixed mediums, Jesus Pedraglio Belmont and Milo Baon, come together for a group exhibition redefining how "paintings" can be created.

Prominently collected in South America and Miami, Jesus Pedraglio Belmont's work proposes a construction in which the thread becomes the canvas and painting, he proposes the union between the geometric and the organic using unusual materials to investigate the formal structure and the vibration / tension of color.

Belmont's goal is to create a sense of "Moving Energy" and "Space Seduction," where the start and end to each piece are "All Relative."

Permanently residing in the celebrity collections of Neymar, Pau Gasol, Juan Mata and Marc Márquez, Milo Baon has come out of nowhere to take on the Spanish art scene.

"I love painting portraits, but my obsession is my hands. I was born deaf, I had lost 70% of my hearing and had to operate seven times to regain my hearing. And my way of communicating was my hands. Now they are also my work tool and my way of expressing myself.I've always been obsessed with my hands and when I get a little wide sleeve, I throw for the hands."

Now, Baon paints with a screwdriver which never touches the canvas, achieving an illusion up close. The painting could seem like an abstract work due to the colors and lines, but with the distance a realistic and perfectly defined image appears.

The Patrick Jones Gallery brings you this duo show to provide insight into the contemporary world of painting without a brush.
