ALGUR H. MEADOWS: A LEGACY OF COLLECTING FOR DALLAS

Scott Winterrowd, Director of Education at the Meadows Museum, will trace the missteps of Algur H. Meadows in his early collecting efforts and highlight the rebuilding of the Meadows Museum, now considered one of the finest collections of Spanish art outside of Spain. Winterrowd will also touch on Meadows' philanthropic impact on the mondern and cntemporary art holdings at the Dallas Museum of Art.
