Since 1888, Ludowici's architectural terra cotta products have adorned thousands of new and historic residential, commercial, educational, religious, and government structures around the world. Headquartered and manufactured in New Lexington, Ohio, their new 9,000 sq. ft. Dallas Design District showroom is the first of its kind.The goal of our design center was to create a unique space where high-end, beautiful, and sustainable building surface materials came together in a single location. Vibrant color and texture combinations can be seen surrounded by luxury surface material vignettes--with hundreds of roof tile lay-ups and color combinations making the design options endless.Our design center is the ideal place to view and secure all types of major surface materials needed for a project, without having to travel to multiple locations. We partnered with the finest luxury building materials from both the US and Europe to showcase partner displays of:-Architectural terra cotta roofing, flooring, cladding, rainscreen, and sunscreens-European Limestone-French Oak flooring-French windows-Handmade brick-Cut stone-Wood beams-Copper and zinc gutter systems-Snow guard systems-and Chimney Pots
