Kips Bay Decorative Show House x See's Design

Dallas-based duo Corbin and Sara Sees of Sees Design are celebrated for interiors that feel layered, personal, and quietly sophisticated. Their work balances European-inspired silhouettes with thoughtful curation and a lived-in warmth, creating spaces rich in character and soul — an approach that makes them a natural fit for the Kips Bay Decorator Show House.

Spanning historical restorations, contemporary residences, and carefully collected family homes, Sees Design has cultivated a distinctive point of view rooted in beauty, authenticity, and restraint. Their interiors feel refined yet approachable, polished without ever feeling precious.

For more than 50 years, Kips Bay has stood as one of the design industry’s most influential events, inviting leading designers to transform luxury residences in support of the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club. Beyond its philanthropic mission, the Kips Bay Show House is a powerful collaboration between designers, artisans, makers, and showrooms. The Dallas edition has quickly emerged as a standout, spotlighting bold Southern perspectives while drawing national attention.

For their Kips Bay Decorator room, the Sees Design team drew inspiration from Bill Blass’s iconic New York apartment, layering refined European lines, heritage-driven pieces, and tactile textures to create a space that feels thoughtfully curated over time. Many furnishings were sourced from Rose Tarlow through the David Sutherland Dallas showroom, anchoring the room in timeless craftsmanship and enduring elegance. Thoughtfully selected local antiques from Nick Brock Antiques and Frog and Camel add depth, patina, and soul. With gratitude to the Dallas Design District and its exceptional artisans, makers, and showrooms, this installation marks a defining moment for Sees Design — an unmistakable expression of their signature aesthetic on one of the design world’s most coveted stages.
