The Kips Bay Decorator Show House is returning to Dallas for its fifth year. This year’s event will be held at 2999 Turtle Creek Boulevard, a landmark address that befits this significant anniversary.
Opening to the public on Friday, October 25, the French Renaissance-style mansion, set on a two-acre estate in Dallas’s Turtle Creek neighborhood, blends modernity with history. Originally a high society venue in the 1940s and later an office building, this 25,000-square-foot property now offers a unique opportunity for designers to express their creativity.
"We are thrilled to showcase our fifth annual event at this iconic address," notes James Druckman, President of the Board of the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club. “We anticipate a showcase that not only celebrates design innovation but also underscores our commitment to raising critical funding both for the community and our kids.”
Proceeds from the Kips Bay Decorator Show House Dallas will support the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club and two local charities: Dwell with Dignity and The Crystal Charity Ball.
