Tell us about the background of Twelve Twenty and how the Dallas Design District showroom came to be.
Twelve Twenty's seed inventory was the result of owner Carolyn Isler's years of collecting period antique and mid-century modern pieces to use in her Park Cities and Preston Hollow luxury real estate staging projects. "We were looking to relocate our Isler Homes offices to the Design District area when we discovered 1220 N Riverfront."
What do you enjoy most about having a showroom in the Dallas Design District neighborhood?

My favorite design trend has to be "fresh traditional' which incorporates a mix of classic clean-lined antiques with well-designed modern new classics.
