2008-2018 PEACOCK ALLEY
MIDWEST TERRITORY SALES MANAGER: Managed five state area, serviced existing accounts and established new accounts. Informed of promotions, incentives, and product changes. Accomplished yearly sales goal. Increased sales for two major accounts.
CUSTOMER RELATIONS MANAGER: Managed team of four through major system change. Monitored open orders, backorders, and hold reports. Tackled many issues related to the system change.
RETAIL MANAGER FOR THE OUTLET AND DALLAS DESIGN DISTRICT STORE: Managed all aspects of operation from the stockroom to the sales floor. Monitored/tracked actual results and addressed any gaps in sales, product, and inventory. Fostered strong customer relationships with emphasis on great customer service. Planned all store events.
CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE: Managed southeast territory. Answered customer calls and helped with inquiries and solutions.

DESIGN CONSULTANT. PROMOTED TO ASSISTANT MANAGER WITHIN A YEAR. ADVANCED TO STORE MANAGER AND PRESIDED AS WESTERN DISTRICT TRAINING MANAGER FOR ONE YEAR. Opened two new locations. In all, managed eight locations across three states averaging from 8000 to 16,000 square feet. Manager of the year in 1984 and 2004. Consistently made personal sales goals and store goals. Recognized for merchandising, store operations, and inventory control. Promoted many assistant managers to managers and consistently had sales associates in the top ten of company. First in company to earn the title of certified home furnishing consultant from the IDS.
