Sales Coordinator

Malin Integrated Handling Solutions - Addison, TX - 2016 to Present

Responsibilities
-Support sales representatives and coordinate all sales related activities such as pre-sale processes, coordinating and preparing proposals, and placing orders with vendors.
-Keep track of inventory per sales territory using the stocklist database
-Manage order acknowledgements from factory to sales reps and sales managers for accuracy and approval -Coordinate shipping dates, lead times, special instructions and inquiries with sales team and vendors. -Place all corporate sales orders for Malin customers covering TX, LA, OK, and Mexico.
-Partner with cross functional departments including transportation, warehouse, billing, accounting and sales managers to seamlessly deliver exceptional products catered to the customer's specific application.
