Accomplished retail manager with 10+ years of experience from small to large box retail whilst holding positions from Store Manager to District Manager. - Start-Up company in which I created all P&P for FOH & BOH operations, from customer service initiatives, selling objectives to procedures of how to inbound or outbound product.
-Wrote employee handbook for entire company

-Designed and executed 4 events a month with traffic and sales exceeding 20% every month from the month before.
