- Start-Up company in which I created all P&P for FOH & BOH operations, from customer service initiatives, selling objectives to procedures of how to inbound or outbound product. 

-Wrote employee handbook for entire company

-Established a strong and healthy work culture in the store as well as HQ

-Designed and executed 4 events a month with traffic and sales exceeding 20% every month from the month before.

-Dallas has maintained a spot in the top 6 out of 30 stores globally.

-I personally contributed 33% of our overall demand for 2016 and 37% for 2017.

-Designed visual merchandising concepts including weekly floor, window, and mannequin changes.

-Designed floor maps for new product roll outs.
