Inventory Coordinator Holly Hunt (MillerKnoll) March 2021 - Current



  • Maintain showroom inventory and merchandise tagging, including price changes
  • Keep detailed records and receipts of consignment products including BOL, ITO, and all items sold off the floor.
  • Maintain upkeep and repair of showroom physical appearance to include touch-up paint, furniture movement/placement, hanging artwork, placing accessories, organizing and maintaining showroom storages
  • Oversee work of service providers to ensure jobs are done as contracted. (Painters, electricians, window washers, cleaning service, etc.) Report issues to GM
  • Assist with preparations and while Creative Team visits
  • Responsible for receiving and shipping out product working with GM, HH Collection and Vendors
  • Oversee and hang new textile and wallcovering collection launches in showroom

Project Coordinator ORORA VISUAL - MESQUITE, TX - AUGUST 2019 - MAY 2020



  • Writes up and processes job tickets based on estimate, quote, PO, art and special instructions provided by Sales. Works with Account Managers to field customer inquiries when the salesperson is out of the office or is otherwise unavailable.
  • Communicate the daily status of all jobs as they are handled to know where the job is always.
  • Maintains direct contact with Scheduling concerning delivery date, job status, and job progress. Communicate any job problems and changes to production personnel.
  • Works directly planning, prepress, library and all production departments to troubleshoot and solve problems on job using critical thinking skills.
  • Facilitate communication between the customer and functions performed by our prepress departments (Library, Art, and desktop) to meet customer deadlines.
  • Obtains authorization from Sales for additional costs that have been requested or incurred to the job and creates/handles change orders.

 

 

  • Communicates potential job issues to their production meeting advocate prior to the AM meeting to state job schedule concerns and relay pertinent information to production.
  • Complete an accurate billing summary/pre-invoice for Billing Coordinators based on information provided from sales.
  • Enter shipping information into Monarch via manually, excel spreadsheet for import, or IX database. Also, send customer tracking information, packing slips, BOL, etc. after job has shipped.

  • Created and implemented Inventory Valuation Spreadsheet for accurate tracking of items in and out of Arteriors Showrooms across the U.S. I incorporate VLOOKUPs with Marketing Activity Reports to determine what high or low selling merchandise needed to stay or leave.
  • Assisted Visual Team in installations of various Luxury High End Overhead Lighting and Wall/Home decor as well as managing individuals in the pack up of samples going back to Arteriors Warehouse with 2-4% accuracy When Arteriors demanded only 8%.

·      Organize and manage Dallas physical sample room Label and catalog sample room inventory. 

·      Label and catalog sample room inventory via salesforce 

·      Receive inbound sample package and distribute to Account Managers. 

·      Inventory as necessary, prioritize and complete outbound sample requests generated by the sales team. 

·      Create, pack, and ship outbound courier packages for customers and Fusion satellite offices.
