SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING INTERN – Claire Crowe Collection

Claire Crowe Collection, a creative company with an emphasis on fireplace accessories and wall décor, is seeking a dynamic Social Media Marketing Intern to work directly under the guidance of our VP of Marketing. The perfect candidate has great written skills, a good knowledge of social media platforms including Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, and Linked In, and is extremely organized. This is an ideal role for recent graduates or those looking to transition roles and need portfolio building opportunities.  Digital art creation skills such as Sketch Up, Illustrator or CAD are also desired.

Responsibilities:

• Social Media Marketing - under the guidance of our VP of Marketing, develop content calendars and post daily across multiple platforms
• Utilize Planoly platform to develop posting calendar
• Engage with potential customers on forums and across
• Create imagery and copy to develop posts to help promote the goods and services of the company to commercial farmers across the U.S.
• Seek out opportunities with industry influencers and publications for growing awareness of the brand
• Weekly reporting on analytics around these posts

Requirements:

• 4-year college degree in Business, Marketing or related field or equivalent work experience
• Excellent written skills. Samples may be requested
• Knowledge of social media platforms: how to post in each platform
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop or other photo editing software
• Great eye for culling images from sources like Getty, Unsplash, and other stock platforms
• Creative mind with solid organizational skills -- you are the unicorn!

During the quarantine, this position is conducted remotely from home part-time and at studio part-time to create digital assets for use. Our perfect candidate is a superior communicator and works well autonomously. This is an 8-12 week UNPAID internship with a monetary bonus paid at the end of the term based on personal performance and company performance. College credit is available where your institution supports this. This position has the potential to grow into a permanent position as the company expands.
