Showroom Manager

Full-Time

 

We are looking for an enthusiastic, detailed and highly motivated person to manage our high-end vintage furniture showroom at our main office in the Design District in Dallas, TX.

The Showroom Manager you will be expected to deliver customer service at a premier level while building relationships with designers and retail clients. You will be also responsible for maintaining the look of our showroom by ensuring our vignettes are up to a high standard at all times while keeping with the brand.

 

Primary duties include, but are not limited to:

 

Sales:

  • Build relationships with interior designers and retail clients.
  • Make a plan to creatively promote products to drive sales. 
  • Meet sales goals monthly and send updated numbers to team.
  • Plan bi-monthly email blasts with the sales/marketing team.
  • Responsible for maintaining the look of our showroom by ensuring our vignettes are up to a high standard at all times while keeping with the brand.
  • Work with sales/marketing team for promoting sales through social media.

Global Marketplace:

  • Shopify - Manage inventory and sales through Shopify app on website. 
  • Chairish – Apply showroom selling skills to the online marketplace. Keep inventory up to date as well as continuing to actively engage in client relationships.

Inventory:

  • Manage and maintain current and new inventory. 
  • Photography – You will be responsible for making sure each piece is photographed upon receipt and completion for tear sheet, showroom tag and website purposes.

Office:

  • Your office will be in the front of the showroom so you are responsible for foot traffic.
  • Responsible for styling and maintaining vignettes in the showroom.
  • Showroom maintenance/construction coordination
  • Daily dispersing mail & other office packages
