We are looking for a result-driven Luxury Sales Associate to be responsible for all sales

job duties, from generating leads to closing sales. Duties include inventory and

management of product samples, showroom sales, client data entry, social media, and

representing the company as brand ambassador in corporate and trade events.

The successful candidate must have the following traits:

- Ability to work closely with clients and promptly respond to their needs

- Passion to learn about the company’s product, core values and the industry’s

best practices

- Willingness to cooperate and help team members finish tasks whenever needed

- Solution-oriented when tackling problems or faced with unexpected challenges

- Ability to work independently with little to no supervision

Responsibilities:

- Find leads and establish an excellent working relationship with trade members

- Maintain communication with existing clients and ensure they are provided with

the highest quality of customer service at all times

- Manage product samples including inventory and sales analytics

- Help maintain a high standard of visual appearance of the showroom

- Meet clients and do product presentations

- Create and manage client information database

- Social media updates

- Attend parties and events as brand ambassador for the company

- Make marketing and sales plans

- Public speaking in company sponsored events

- Phone and email sales calls

Skills:

- Experience in luxury retail sales a plus but not required

- Basic Math Skills

- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Apps (Gmail, Docs)

- Intermediate knowledge of social media management (Instagram, Facebook

Business Suite, Others)

- Basic photography (phone or camera)

- Excellent interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written)

- Intermediate proficiency in computer and mobile device operation

- College degree in Interior Design or Communication preferred
