Sales Associate - Elegant Additions Dallas
The sales associate is responsible for developing clients and maintaining client relationships in the Dallas Metropolitan Area.
The ideal candidate for this opportunity MUST:
o Have a prior record of building sales from ‘scratch.’
o Have a track record of generating and uncovering opportunities through a strong network and prospecting skills.
o Possess prior training in consultative selling skills.
o Have experience in business-to-business sales, calling on business professionals associated with the architecture, design and luxury building.
o Know how to structure product offerings based on clients' needs and budgets.
o Need and want to earn a six-figure income.
o Possess a strong commitment to self-improvement.
o Hold an extremely strong work ethic and a desire to make a difference in the lives of others
o Enjoy selling, teaching and coaching.
ATTRIBUTES OF THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
o High level of integrity
o Thrives in high-stress, fast-paced environment
o Team player
o Self-starter – a "figure it out" person
o Five plus years in sales
o Prior work in the design community (strong plus)
o College degree
o Ability to travel, as needed
o Must have earned $75K+ in commissions annually at previous place(s) of employment
