We are seeking a team player to Claire Crowe Collection, a leading manufacturer of luxury fireplace screens and wall décor, is looking for a high energy marketing and office coordinator to join our team. We are seeking a team player to support the company by performing the following: organizing projects; developing quotes; invoicing and payment tracking; maintaining spreadsheets; and other administrative duties. This role reports directly to the President of the company and the marketing lead. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, positive and willing to contribute creatively to the team in a fast-paced environment. This opportunity has significant growth potential for a candidate interested in the design industry.

Responsibilities:

 

Conducts research for components of new design in development as directed by the President

Communicate and coordinate with vendors to facilitate project orders

Responsible for maintaining product imagery: includes organizing imagery files and working with graphic design freelancers to concept new imagery

Assist in developing customer quotes and following up on quotes in the system

Set up new clients’ information in both Hubspot and QuickBooks

Fosters good client relationships both in person, on the phone and digitally – this role is first point of contact with customers

Maintains sample program

Monthly reporting on sales data

Opportunity for the right candidate to apprentice in learning how to design product and have prototypes of their designs made

Qualifications:

 

Professional degree in Interior Design, Marketing or related field

1+ years of experience

Proficient in MS Office Suite

Ability to communicate in a clear, concise and professional manner both verbally and in writing

Proficient in working in both an in-studio and remote environment: comfortable participating in Zoom meetings and in workflow management systems like Asana

Bonus is you have proficiency in software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketchup, InDesign or 3D modeling software

Bonus is experience working in QuickBooks
