Job Purpose
To drive sales and profits of SieMatic Kitchens to clients, designers, and architects
To develop new clients through aggressive outreach and new business development To design a functional and beautiful kitchen using the SieMatic Products, along with the latest in appliances and counter tops
To promote the SieMatic brand to designers and homeowners who may not be aware of the quality of the product, service and design
Job Responsibilities
To develop and nurture new clients through outreach, outbound marketing, and referral follow up calls
To achieve established sales and profit budget each year Greet prospective clients in showroom
Take accurate field measurements Job site meetings – this is to review scope of project with General Contractors Frequent meetings and discussions with support personnel involved with the project Design the kitchen using the latest SieMatic Products
Follow up regularly with clients to ensure product is running smoothly, and to carefully communicate delivery times, installation support, and any other pertinent information Create a completion report for every project completed. The Sales Designer owns the project throughout the process until the completion report is signed.
Follow up on all orders – including main orders , back-orders, and rush orders Schedule cabinetry installations with the client and our installation contractors Maintain sufficient SieMatic cabinetry samples in the showroom
Maintain showroom appearance and establish a schedule to have proper coverage with the other Sales Designer and to split time between the showroom and outbound marketing and outreach
Stay informed on all the latest products from SieMatic. Study and learn in class room setting as well as on your own
Maintain high referral rate to help offset marketing costs
Job Qualifications
Clear accomplishments as a professional sales person with a strong desire to focus on outreach and new business development
Goes above and beyond the call of duty – regularly
Is well organized and disciplined – sets own schedule when outside the showroom
Can handle complex selling situations and can work within a team environment
Has excellent technology skills and can use technology as a sales differentiator
Has a clear understanding and experience working with high-end luxury developers, interior designers, and architects
Can accept and embrace change and help others to do the same
Has experience and desire to develop unique designs using Autocad, Carat, Sketch Up
Basic Requirements:
College Education
Design knowledge
Communicates well
Experienced
Be passionate about great design
Job site visits
Partially in the showroom and out doing new business development – approx. 50/50
