Qualifications:

At least 2 years of experience in sales and customer service

Knowledge of rugs is a plus but not a must

Excellent customer service

Friendly and outgoing personality

Sharp & High Achiever

Polished appearance

Excellent computer skills

Excellent verbal and written English Communication skills

Self-motivated and proactive persona, willing to take that extra step

Has an established relationship with designers and the trade industry

Duties:

Managing the showroom / Sales representative

Greet and assist clients with selection of rugs

Provide the highest quality of customer service

Prepare quotations and invoices

Gain knowledge of current inventory

Be a team player, able to work in a collaborative environment

Be able to go to the markets- in US and abroad when needed
