Fabric Samples Librarian

George Cameron Nash Wholesale Showroom located in Dallas Design District has a new position to add to current staff in the Fabric Sample Library.  Need to have a background in design, keen eye for color matches, detail oriented with high accuracy rate.  This job is mentally engaging and  professionaly rewarding.

Bilingual skill preferred, Training in interior design preferred, 5 to 7 years work experience.

The person in this position

•  will be working with internationally known textile and fabric designers, manufacturers and editors.   

•          responsible for curating, editing, packaging and distributing seasonal sample collections to regional and local Interior Designers, 

•           stocking and arranging sample fabric boxes for distribution throughout the regional territory by sales persons.

The position has a starting hourly salary of $16.00 per hour with bonus potential, some overtime required.  Includes health benefits, 401K match, Paid Time Off, holidays.  Most employees at GCN are long term, more than five-ten years.  This is a job with a future.  M-F 8:30 to 5:30 p.m.
