Kravet, a leading resource to the Interior Design community, has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Specialist in our Dallas Showroom. 

 

Job responsibilities include:

-Placing new orders for clients that are initiated by phone, email, text or through personal contact in the showroom.

-Tracking and closing existing customer orders.

-Working closely with warehouse and purchasing agents to ensure client needs, deadlines and expectations are met or exceeded. 

-Assisting customers with any questions or issues that may arise in the sales process.

-Communicating and problem solving with accounts to provide proactive solutions or corrective actions.

-Greeting clients in showroom and providing first point of phone contact.

-Collaborating with the Manager and Sales Team to ensure customer satisfaction.

 

The ideal candidate would express a positive attitude, demonstrate a creative approach to their responsibilities and show the ability to work on and complete multiple tasks simultaneously in a demanding, fast-paced environment.  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required; knowledge of fabrics and furnishings is a plus.  Salary commensurate with experience. Benefits and 401k available.  Showroom hours Monday-Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
