 James Martin Vanities is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Customer Service. If you have a love of meeting people and providing great customer service coupled with an interest in contributing directly to the bottom line, this is the position for you!

 

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

Assist customers on the showroom floor

Strive to increase knowledge of the entire product offering

 

Handle a heavy volume of incoming calls and emails assisting customers with product questions prior to the sale and delivery as well as product issues after the sale

 

Responding to support emails and documenting sales leads, etc.

 

Ability to handle end to end customer care issues

 

Requirements

A college degree, or working towards a degree is preferred for this position, but comparable industry knowledge and experience would also be considered.

A successful associate will be goal-oriented, self-motivated and able to meet deadlines, build relationships and enjoy a team atmosphere.

Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills

Pleasant personality for phone/in-person sales

Ambition to succeed

General computer skills

Self-Motivator

Ability to multi-task

Enthusiasm, courtesy and articulation

Ability to learn quickly

Service-minded, aggressive and congenial
