Brendan Bass is a full service showroom located in the Dallas Design District. We offer a wide range of products including a full line of custom upholstery, one of a kind find's from all over the world and much more. We also manufacture custom built case goods with a plethora of options the client can choose from. We are looking for a highly driven sales professional to join our team in the next few months. Candidate must have a passion for design and a unique perspective in the field. Here at Brendan Bass we are looking for our next "SUPERSTAR CLOSER" who can continue to increase our monthly sales, continue building client relationships and succeed in a multitude of different arenas. Candidate must come with good contacts, the ability to take direction and the willingness to work. The ideal candidate will possess great intrapersonal skills, incredible networking abilities, a passion for the design industry along with planning and executing sales in a fast-paced environment. This candidate will report directly to the Vice President of Sales and must be willing to take direction and be pro-active in a sales role. Small base salary will be offered along with a generous commission structure and benefits after 90 days.

Job Requirements (including, but not limited to):
  • Strong follow up skills
  • Strong passion for quality customer service
  • Open availability and flexibility to work weekends and holidays
  • Some knowledge of the furniture business
  • Some knowledge of Interior Design
  • Being able to work with Interior Design Professionals and understand retail and trade difference
  • Professional and friendly
  • Proficient on outlook and office
  • Problem solver and the ability to multi task
  • Networking skills
  • Available to work overtime and go above and beyond

Job Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

  • Keep up with sales goals
  • Extensive product knowledge and memorization
  • Offer customers exemplary service through greeting, engagement and accurate product information
  • Maintain the showroom up to company policy standards
  • Keep up with merchandising the showroom accordingly to company guidelines
  • Ability to service multiple customers, find needs, and make recommendations to build and close sales.
  • Participate in maintaining an organized and clean showroom
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with customers, supervisors and personnel
