Arteriors Home, an award-winning luxury home furnishings company based in Dallas, TX, is searching for an Associate Brand Ambassador that will work in, and support, our flagship showroom in the Design District of Dallas.  Additionally, this role will oversee the sales activities for select clients within the Dallas design community.  This role is a blend of both inside and outside sales responsibilities and will help serve Arteriors’ design clientele with direct oversight and be responsible for client relationships and revenue generation.  This position will focus on sales growth within our existing client base, new client acquisition, lead generation and lead management.

The ideal candidate will support the customer journey by liaising with all the various influencers of the sales cycle.  They must be results and detail-driven with a desire to experience personal and professional growth in tandem.  This role, based in Dallas, reports directly to our Showroom Manager of our showroom on Dragon Street – our singular brick/mortar location within the Dallas Design District.

Key Responsibilities

  • Devise and implement sales strategies and initiatives to grow existing customer base, increase brand engagement, drive showroom revenue and capture new clients
  • Multi-task and handle the needs of a client base including booking/conducting client meetings, scheduling/executing product knowledge presentations, and fulfilling administrative duties associated with maintaining the client base
  • Articulate product attributes, nuances, and brand differentiators to drive conversion in a manner which builds brand recognition, brand commitment, brand loyalty and ultimately the conversion of business
  • Participate in all relevant industry events (ASID, IDS, etc.) in order to leverage client interactions to strategically influence business growth
  • Occasional travel on the road to visit current clients and prospect for future clients
  • Conduct telephone and virtual sales calls with clients, both current and future
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to provide optimum customer service
  • Analyze monthly reporting to determine areas of growth and identify methods to build a successful client portfolio


  • 3-5 years’ experience in a sales role, with proven YOY sales growth
  • A strong product and design orientation, including an ability to understand the nuances of handcrafted, decorative product
  • Strong aptitude for communicating product knowledge to clients
  • A collaborative, natural ability to work well with others
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial drive to seek out and grow new business
  • Experience selling and/or working with home furnishings and/or luxury products is beneficial and an important qualifier for any candidate
  • Procficient in using Microsoft Office
