Ever had one of those design projects go badly? Maybe a client wasn’t clear on their expectations from the beginning, or a design contractor changed something without telling you and went directly to the client with bad news, lessening the trust between you and the client? Or have you ever had to tell a client that their idea isn’t a good one and won’t work, and not sure how to do it diplomatically to influence them and yet still earn their business and maintain that relationship? These communication challenges can make or break a project.

Attend this meeting to learn from our dynamic speaker how to ensure you have communicated clearly and assertively. Specifically, learn how to:

1. Craft a specific, clear and mutual two-way agreement at the beginning of a project to ensure buy in, expectations are managed, there is a Plan B, and there is follow up at key milestones

2. Present your own ideas assertively, not passively or aggressively, and also how to disagree with others ideas in a diplomatic way that builds trust and credibility
