Dallas, Texas (November 18, 2019) - Virgin Hotels Dallas, the third property from Virgin Hotels set to open this December in the Dallas Design District, put finishing touches on its exterior with the installation of a 25-foot-tall rooftop sign. The seven-ton aerial-view sign was assembled in three pieces atop the 16-floor hotel using a large crane. Spelling out Virgin Hotels Design District, the sign’s width is 40 feet, with the tallest letter measuring over 18 feet tall. A new dominant figure in the Design District skyline, at night, the sign illuminates with red and white LED lights.
Located in the Dallas Design District on 1445 Turtle Creek Blvd, the new-build property will feature 268 Chambers (guest rooms) that includes two penthouse suites, a fourth-floor rooftop terrace with pool, and multiple dining and drinking outlets, including Commons Club, the brand’s flagship restaurant, bar and lounge. The hotel will also feature over 14,000-square-feet of versatile indoor and outdoor event space.
