Celebrate Valentines Day in the Dallas Design District

The Dallas Design District is the Ultimate destination to celebrate Valentines Day in 2015. With Dallas Top Restaurants to choose from there is something for everyone this Valentines in the Design District. THE MEDDLESOME MOTH: The Design District gastro pub will host a Feast of Saint Valentine four-course dinner. They will have Valentines themed special cocktails as well. The menu will include everything from East Coast Oysters to Blood Orange-brined Chicken Breast. East Coast Oysters with lime leaf, crisp calamari, sesame hollandaise or Chicken Heart Spring Rolls with nuoc cham, rice noodle, pickled carrots or Vanilla Rock Shrimp with asparagus, jicama, avocado, and wonton

2nd course

Leek Bacon Bisque with parmesan mascarpone mousse, artichoke tritti, and quail egg or Kalette Salad with macadamia nuts, candied pineapple, buttered waffle crouton, and hop vinaigrette

3rd course

Blood Orange-Brined Chicken Breast with montchevre fingerling potato salad, watercress and blood orange chicken juice or Laksa Salmon Mille Feuille with coconut, fresh coriander, and lemongrass dumplings or Porter Wagoner Short Ribs with slinger potatoes


Chocolate Box of Chocolates or Marjolaine Cake with pistachios, lemon, and raspberry

OAK: The Design District restaurant helmed by Brian Zenner will serve a five-course dinner all evening long for $85 per person. The menu includes a variety of selections from Seared Scallops to Niman Ranch Lamb Chop, even including a vegetarian option of Cauliflower Quinoa Risotto. PAKPAO: The Thai restaurant in the Design District will serve a four-course tasting menu for Valentines Day.
