  • Maintained and grew the department’s database of qualified leads through referrals, emails, and networking opportunities with women’s, men’s, and children’s fashion and accessories.

  • Managed all communications and relationships with 300+ local distributors, agents and retailers, and maintained detailed knowledge of all products and services provided to accelerate order fulfillment times.

  • Researched trends to stay current on design innovations, to better partnered with local retailers to help French suppliers understand local market trends and customer demands. 

  • Created market study reports and PowerPoint presentations by researching and monitoring all current sectorial information of ready-to-wear, footwear, sportswear, accessories, and lingerie. 

  • Managed relationships with multiple clients to ensure adherence to deadlines and target goals.

  • Served as Project Coordinator for business meetings between French shoe suppliers and Hong Kong shoe retailers/distributors. Facilitated Hong Kong market seminars and hosted group offsite market comparisons.
