Highgate House owners Aimee and Dudley Simms have been importing English and French antiques since their first buying trip to England in 1993. These two have a unique and stylish eye and have a special ability to combine disparate elements — old and new, formal and casual, rustic and fine — in a lovely way. This juxtaposition injects personality and freshness in a space.
Now in its first permanent location, Highgate House offers antique and vintage furniture and accessories as well as custom designed dining tables (hand made in England) and upholstered chairs and benches. Fabulous custom lamps and vintage finds are also a Highgate House staple.
In addition to their antique wares, Highgate House also offers modern/contemporary art and a line of fabrics reproduced from antique textiles (Nicole Fabre Designs).
