Join Decorative Furnishings Association (DFA) Executive Director Steve Nobel for a Town Hall Meeting geared towards showroom owners and managers Wednesday morning May 14 at 8:30 AM in the Atrium at the Dallas Design Center. The one-hour program illustrates how showroom owners, managers and staff can improve the loyalty embedded in their commercial relationships with the design community. Nobel will address the following topics:
- The changing home furnishings industry landscape, and how our market compares to other regions;
- Tools to form increasingly strong, loyal relationships with their client base - and how to attract the next wave of new designers to the showroom;
- How to provide an even better customer experience to everyone who visits the showroom.
At 11:00 AM, following the Town Hall Meeting, Nobel will also lead an educational presentation for designers on contracts and fees sponsored by Kravet.
