Dwell with Dignity's Thrift Studio is Back

Dwell with Dignity's Thrift Studio is back yet again, kicking things off with a preview party on April 10th. Dwell with Dignity is a non-profit group of designers and volunteers who provide and install home furnishings for underprivileged families, with the ultimate goal of bringing families out of poverty by improving their standard of living. It's a wonderful mission and the founders, Lisa Robison and Kim Turner, have grown the organization from two people to a non-profit which boasts the support of dozens of volunteers and donors. Thrift Studio is the group's biggest fundraiser. The event takes place every six months and features inventory which Dwell sells from a pop-up shop where designers have created beautiful vignettes featuring the donated products. The high-end décor items are sold at huge discounts and 100% of sales benefit Dwell with Dignity's work. This spring Thrift Studio kicks off April 10th with a ticketed preview party and this year's event will be held at the International on Turtle Creek in suite 204. For tickets head to ThriftStudio.com. After that the thrift store is open to the public and will run for 30 days, Tuesday - Saturday from 10am - 5:30pm. Don't miss your chance to shop for a cause and see below for a preview of what to expect on sale at this spring's Thrift Studio.
