Now Hiring: Two Great Jobs and a New way to Submit Job Openings

Now Hiring in the Dallas Design DistrictOver the years this blog’s Now Hiring series has become a wildly popular way for Design District businesses to find talent and an excellent resource for job seekers to find new opportunities. So why I didn’t do this sooner, I just don’t know!

Finally, I have added a new form where companies can submit job listings for publication on DallasDesignDistrict.com. A few keystrokes is all it takes to submit your job.

Speaking of jobs, here are two fabulous new job openings from two of my favorite showrooms:

Showroom Assistant, Ceylon et Cie

Ceylon et Cie, the showroom of renowned interior designer Michelle Nussbaumer, is hiring a showroom assistant. We are looking for a tech-savy, detail oriented and organized individual to aid in sales, social media and marketing. Knowledge of Quickbooks and Adobe Suite a plus. This job is part time with the potential to grow into a full time position.

Please send resumes to info@ceylonetcie.com.

Salesperson, McGannon Showrooms

We’re looking for an experienced salesperson! Are you great with computers, social media & telemarketing? Do you have a design background and furniture product knowledge?  Networking and relationship building come second nature to you? If the answer is yes, then you may be the perfect person for this fun, fast paced furniture showroom located in the Dallas Design District. Send your resume to info@mcgs.com or fax to 214.748.1091.
