Primary responsibility is the performance of all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals. The leasing professional interacts directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy. The Groundskeeper will be responsible for the overall upkeep of the property landscape and the exterior image.
